Pure Yoga at Mapleton

Enjoy the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of Pure Yoga: increased strength, flexibility, endurance and muscle tone; better mental focus, decreased anxiety and insomnia, and reduced stress. A healing practice for body, mind and spirit. Appropriate for all levels and bodies, this class combines deep stretching, pranayama, restorative and strengthening poses, meditation, and relaxation. Your body will thank you. Classes are taught by instructors Adabelle Carson and Laura Curtis, and are held Tuesday / Thursday at 8:30 PM at the Mapleton Community Center.
