Mapleton Yoga Class

Enjoy the benefits of yoga: increased strength, flexibility and muscle tone; mental focus; endurance; and reduced stress. Modified Ashtanga Yoga combined with Power Yoga classes will be taught by instructors Adabelle Carson, Val Littleton, and Laura Curtis. The classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 PM or Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 AM at the Mapleton Community Center. Register online at www.mapleton.org, at the Recreation Office, or drop in to try a free class! The fee is $20 per month.
